2. Ordering & Payment
✔ Orders are processed upon successful payment.
✔ Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
✔ We accept online payments via secure payment gateways.
✔ Cash-on-delivery (COD) may be available for select locations.
3. Shipping & Delivery
🚚 Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days (depending on location).
🚚 Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
🚚 We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Books Eligible for Return
✔ Books received in damaged condition due to transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
✔ Incorrect books received that do not match your order.
Books NOT Eligible for Return
❌ Torn or Used Books – Books that have been damaged, marked, torn, or used cannot be returned.
❌ Dirty or Stained Books – If the book is returned in a dirty or poor condition, the refund or exchange request will be rejected.
❌ E-books & Digital Products – These are non-refundable due to their digital nature.
❌ Books Without Original Packaging – Books must be returned in the same packaging as received.
Return Process
📌 Customers must initiate a return request within 2 days of delivery by emailing us at usha422rani@gmail.com with order details and images of the issue.
📌 Once approved, books must be shipped back to us within 7 days. Return shipping costs may be applicable.
📌 Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7-10 business days after book inspection.
5. Cancellations
✔ Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
✔ Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
6. Book Quality & Condition
📖 We sell new and pre-owned books in good condition.
📖 Some pre-owned books may have minor wear, but all books are readable and in acceptable condition.
📖 Customers are encouraged to check book descriptions before purchasing.
7. User Accounts & Security
✔ Users must provide accurate information while registering an account.
✔ You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
✔ Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported immediately.
8. Intellectual Property
✔ All logos, images, and text on Book Owl are our intellectual property.
✔ Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content without permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
